I know all of you, so there's no point in really making rules, but I wanted to just write a few things down in case you had any questions.
[1] Your character isn't Rambo. Even if they are a part of the Bravo Team, this doesn't mean they can walk through a group of zombies without any issue at all. Be realistic and reasonable with your character and what they are capable of doing. Please no Alice wannabes.
[2] Be creative. Who says you can't kill a zombie with a spork?! Okay, well...you probably can't. My point is, you don't need a gun in order to stop or kill one of the undead. Any object that can damage the brain will do just fine.
[3] Post! If you make more than one character, keep up with them. We will make them suffer a horrible death if they have gone inactive. If you're busy, just let us know, mmkay? We won't castrate you or poor hot oil on unpleasant areas.
[4] We CAN play in IMs/rooms. You CAN pull a character from the current scene as long as you have reason to. For example: The group is camping out in some office. Two players are online and would like to play, so they say their characters are going to go check out the kitchen. This won't screw up the current scene in the office, and those two characters could easily go back to the others if they wanted to. Just don't make shyt crazy, 'tay? Tankie, tankies.
[5] Forget what you think you know...the remake of Dawn of the Dead and the third Resident Evil (though the best of the three movies in my opinion) are a load of shyt. Zombies can't run after you. They shuffle in that frightening, little sway. However, when close enough, they MAY be able to lunge at you with more speed. But no, dearies...no running zombies. Savvy? And usually when they have a hold on you, it's very strong.
[6] ONLY ONE THREAD OPEN AT A TIME. I don't care if people are in different places of the hospital, we all post on the same thread. Each thread will be labeled as "Day" and whatever number the day is. When the day changes, a new thread will be opened and the story continues. Makes it easier to follow everything as well as give it that storybook feeling.
Okay. I'm done rambling. Thank you. =]
